Cherokee Chophouse is the vision of restaurateur Gus Tselios, a name synonymous with hospitality in Marietta. As the force behind local favorites like Marietta Diner and Marietta Fish Market, Gus has spent decades building restaurants rooted in quality, warmth, and community.

In 2007, he took over the beloved Cherokee Cattle Company and transformed it into Cherokee Chophouse—a modern steakhouse that honors tradition while raising the bar for dining. Partnering with his brother-in-law and designer Paul Ardaji, Gus reimagined the space with elegant touches and a focus on unforgettable experiences.
